Beautiful Crete!!!!

 I was away last week. We went to Crete to gather the olives from our olive trees. Really hard work!!!! The landscape was really magnificent!!

We made 700kg this year! Quite good!

For those who don't know i am partially from Chania, Crete. We have a lovely old house made of stone with a beautiful yard with a very old olive tree in the middle. The house is surrounded with many many different trees and flowers (jasmin , vucambilia, lemon trees, orange trees, tangerine trees).

 So... i had a really good idea. Why waste all those fruits and olive oil????

I gathered all the lemons and i made a lemon jam, lemon sweet and lemon cookies. 

I will open a new etsy shop soon in order to sell everything our estate can provide!!!
